 3) Kuai Tiao Ruea ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ: This soup is pretty hardcore! It’s a dark soup made by mixing fresh blood with hot clear bone broth. You can choose beef or pork, which come with toppings of the corresponding meat (meatballs, liver, and sliced meat), as well as bean sprouts, morning glory, and parsley.

4) Yen Ta Fo เย็นตาโฟ: This is a pink soup served with different kinds of fish balls, shrimp balls, sliced fried tofu, dried squid, and morning glory. The pink color comes from a special type of preserved red bean curd and/or ketchup. The dish is mildly sweet, salty and sour.
